Sunday Yoga is Changing! As the wise George Bernard Shaw once said "Progress is impossible without change," and I want to make sure I am always improving my classes so they work for my students. I am excited to announce that as of Sunday 18th February ‘Introduction to Ashtanga’ is changing to 'Slow Flow Sundays!' This class will still be suitable for beginners and those more experienced yogis wanting to slow down and reconnect to body and mind with their breath If you have been enjoying Introduction to Ashtanga, don’t worry! My Slow Flow Sunday class will still be inspired by Ashtanga but with a few more variations and surprises to keep it interesting! The class will help you focus on moving slowly and mindfully with your breath through a series of linked postures. You will still benefit from a routine that warms, detoxifies and cleanses your body and mind! If you have fallen in love with Ashtanga and want to continue learning the original primary sequence, I encourage you to join my regular Ashtanga class. This takes place every Friday evening, 19:15 @ Rosieglo, and will always provide variations and modifications to keep the practice accessible to everyone.
